Refund Policy

Subscriptions grant users immediate access to platform features according to the selected plan. Paid amounts are non-refundable after activation, except in the following cases:

• A technical error from the platform prevented service activation.

• Duplicate charges or unintentional payments.

Refund requests must be submitted via the platform’s official email with payment details and will be reviewed within 7–14 business days. Users will be informed of the decision upon completion of the review.

In cases where a user violates the terms and conditions, the platform reserves the right to cancel the subscription without refund.

This policy is subject to the interpretations and provisions of the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, following general principles of fairness and equity, without reference to any official authority, and the version published on the website is considered the binding and official version in case of any discrepancies.
